We create our floral arrangements upon request, and as such, they are not eligible for returns or refunds. This is due to each order being meticulously handcrafted to meet your specific requirements, ensuring you receive a truly unique and exceptional arrangement.

In the event that your arrangement arrives damaged, kindly send photographic evidence to support@bloom7studio.com. We will only provide replacements for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival.

To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition and original packaging as when you received it, with proper packing.
